About the role:As our Roving Care Manager, you will be required to provide coverage across our Northern Rivers homes to effectively lead and manage the delivery of person-centred care of residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance. The Roving CM will be required to hold IPC Lead qualification. The IPC is the dedicated expert responsible to support the design, implementation and continuous imprvoement of infection prevention and control policies, procedures and practices within the homes.
