The heart of the role:As our Care Manager, you will work as part of a team of empathetic and caring clinical professionals. You will support the General Manager in managing and leading the delivery of person-centred care of residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance, helping them to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
The Roving Care Manager role will be offered as a permanent full-time position to oversee and support the clinical operations of few Homes in the Northern Rivers region.
