Fletchers, one of Melbourne's leading real estate firms, is seeking an experienced Leasing/Routine Inspection Consultant who can work in a fast-paced environment; be adaptable; able to manage/prioritise your time effectively to create effective ways of working; highly organised; positive in nature and able to build positive relationships with renters, rental providers, and trades.
Convenient part time hours (Monday - Thursday, 9:15am - 3:00pm) in a convenient Ringwood location, assisting our Property Management team with routine inspections, drafting reports, and liaising/meeting with renters and rental providers.
To be successful in the role you will:
