Apply now Job no: 501241 Work type: Part time Location: Gold Coast Categories: Theme Park - Operations and Entertainment INTERNAL OPPORTUNITYRotations Supervisor$28.95 per hour Part Time – Higher DutiesWet'n'Wild, Oxenford, Gold CoastAbout the role:Co-ordinate and document the rotational movements of Lifeguards, ensuring that rotations are in line with relevant industry standards and to continuously strive to create the most efficient and effective methods for rotations whilst working within appropriate guidelines.Duties:• Ensure all Lifeguard rotations are in line with industry standards to ensure staff maintain a high level of vigilance and concentration.• Set service standards and ensure appropriate training of staff.• Ensure operating standards are maintained within the allocated daily budgeted guidelines.• Accurately document all rotations in the correct manner.• Ensure all staff meet the appropriate standards before entering into the park and ensure any breaches are rectified immediately.• Adhere to the operational budget as set out by the Park SupervisorSkills and Experience:• Minimum of 12 months experience at VRTP• Ability to work over a 7-day roster, and a minimum of 5 full days of availability. Must be available for Rotation shifts on Fridays and Saturdays.• Strong problem solving and time management skills.• Ability to work well and adapt under pressure.• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.• Experience in leading a team, motivating staff and maximising performance levels.• Industry knowledge of standards and guidelines.• Maintain appropriate certifications to work within the aquatic industry.• Performance dossier does not have any Verbal Warnings issued within the last THREE months.• Performance dossier does not have any Written warnings issued within the last SIX months.To apply:Submit Resume & Cover Letter via Internal Careers on VRTP website.Applications close: Sunday 28th April 2024 Advertised: 18 Apr 2024 E.
