The Opportunity We are seeking motivated individuals to join this 12-month program. Taking a deep dive into insurance broking and risk management, participants will work closely with our experienced and knowledgeable Insurance Broking Team, obtaining a variety of job learning opportunities in areas such as:
Insurance policy development and comparisonInsurance policy market research and renewalsHow to nurture new business opportunitiesYou'll also spend time during the rotation with our CoverLink Underwriting team, Injury Management team, and a variety of specialised business areas including Broking Services, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, and Compliance and Risk.
About You You're looking for a unique opportunity to begin your career in a people-focused service industry. You may be a school leaver, university or TAFE graduate, or nearing graduation. More importantly, you will have a keen interest in learning about insurance broking and risk management.
In Return EBM is committed to providing participants with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Training will include a mix of in-person, online, and on-the-job modules along with specific Customer Relationship Management, Document Control, and a suite of Microsoft programs.
