This role is focused on managing and coordinating staffing needs within the Maitland casual pool for nursing staff. Responsibilities include promptly filling unplanned roster vacancies to maintain seamless patient care and operational effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the casual pool, ensuring optimal staffing levels are maintained to meet healthcare demands.
This role will have the career progression pathways for senior administration roles e.g. Administration Team Leader AO6, Medical Officer Roster Coordinator or Executive Assistant at Maitland Hospital.
