The Department of Health (DoH) is seeking applications for the casual Rostering Services Support Officer role. Respecting diversity is the foundation of everything that the Department of Health does. The Role: In accordance with established policies, guidelines, systems, and processes, the Rostering Services Support Officer will ensure best practice in respect to data integrity and security of information within the ProAct Rostering System (ProAct) and will provide:
Effective staffing support to southern region managers.ProAct administrative support, guidance, and assistance to system users including collating staffing-related reports and responding to regular system enquiries.General administrative and clerical support to the Team Leader - Roster Support Unit (RSU) and the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) - Nurse Staffing and Support.Details of appointment: Fixed term, casual, shift worker (fully rotational), position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for twelve (12) months. Applicants are encouraged to apply only if they can work the following shift patterns: Shifts are between 0630 - 1430, 0730 - 1530, and 1430 - 2230 during weekdays and weekends.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar casual vacancies. Salary: $71,661 - $77,455 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
