Enhanced Lifestyles is seeking a dedicated Rostering /Scheduling Officer (Service Delivery Officer) to join our team.
Position Details In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our team of Support Workers, dedicated to providing high-quality supports and customer-focused services to individuals with disabilities in Metro and Regional South Australia.
This role is unique and will be a full-time role across a five-day roster, with an on-call component.
As a Rostering /Scheduling Officer (Service Delivery Officer) your role encompass several key responsibilities that are central to our mission of delivering superior disability services.
Efficient Rostering: Meticulously coordinate and schedule our dedicated Support Workers.
Your goal is to ensure that the needs and preferences of our valued customers are met with precision and in a timely manner Exceptional Customer Care: As the primary point of contact for both our staff and service users, you are the embodiment of our commitment to exceptional customer service Technological Proficiency: Ability to leverage previous computer skills and prior knowledge with rostering tools Collaborative Culture: Your ability to collaborate effectively will contribute to the overall success of our team and the well-being of our customers Qualifications and Requirements Effective communication and interpersonal abilities are essential Previous experience in the health, disability, or community services sectors is highly preferred Prior knowledge of the NDIS and the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS) is a valuable advantage NDIS Workers Screening South Australian Working with Children screening NDIS Workers Orientation Module Ability to work full-time hours across a 5-day roster Ability to incorporate a rotating on-call component.
