Work hours: 5am to 1pm - 7 days a week (full time or part time roles available)

About the Role: Coordinate the scheduling and allocation of relief staff to various aged care facilities Maintain an up-to-date database of relief staff Optimising relief pool staff to ensure rosters are cost effective. Communicate roster updates, shift assignments, and other relevant information to relief staff and relevant manager. Contribute to the design and implementation of flexible rostering practices. Essential Criteria: Exceptional customer service and communication skills Demonstrates attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to balance multiple priorities and strong problem-solving skills Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously Strong computer skills and systems oriented A flexible attitude and willingness to undertake a diverse set of tasks.
