We are currently working with multiple clients seeking experienced Rostering / Scheduling officers for both short and long term temp assignments.
Location wise these roles are predominantly based in the CBD / inner suburbs
Start: ASAP
Location: Various - Perth Metro
Length: from 2 - 3 months, some with potential to extend or become permanent
Hours: Full time Hours (38 hours per week).
Hourly Rate: Approx $36 - $40ph + Super depending on role and experience
The Role Responsibilities across the roles will include :
Plan, manage and maintain weekly rosters for support workers and aged carers Ensuring that all rostered staff are scheduled with correct rostering policies in regard to hours worked against the relevant award Ensuring that all rostered staff are scheduled in accordance to the required qualifications and skills.
Provide continuous communication throughout the teams relating to any roster changes or amendments Accurate recording of all absenteeism (sick / personal or annual leave) Ensuring all employee timecards are entered correctly and passed to payroll team for processing Onboarding of new clients and setup of financial accounts and care plans.
