About the role Mercy Community Services are on the search for an exceptional Rostering Officer to join our Residential Aged Care team. This role will be a Permanent Part-time basis (40-48 hours per fortnight) with On-Call supports required to be undertaken within this role.
This role will be based at our Nudgee office. This role is the first point of contact for all incoming staff roster and leave enquiries (on site, telephone, emails). On-call supports will be required and shared amongst the team.
Shift times will vary in this role from Monday to Sunday, working hours are within 0600-1800 with on-call required.
Compensation is $30.13 per hour plus superannuation and salary packaging available.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to staff roster enquiries and action or escalate to Staffing Services Manager as required.Ensure accurate and timely entry of timesheet data into payroll systems.Assist with distribution of vacant shift notifications.Assist with allocation of shifts following set rostering guidelines.About you As the successful applicant, you will possess: Experience as a rostering clerk/officer or scheduling officer (desirable).Experience within a high-volume customer service role.Queensland Provisional Green or above Driver's License.Must be able to cover shifts Monday to Sunday.Why Mercy Community Mercy Community is a Catholic not-for-profit that provides a wide range of services supporting families and young people, people living with a disability, and the elderly.
