Rostering Officer

Catholic Care Tasmania is the primary social services agency of the Catholic Church across Tasmania. Our services are available and open to all with a particular focus on families, young people, and children.We have 2 exciting full-time roles in our Catholic Care Programs of community service delivery. The Rostering Officers operate in a multi-skilled team environment and have particular responsibilities for preparing and maintaining our rosters across a number of programs. These roles are responsible for ensuring shift coverage at short notice together with advance planning. Maintaining compliance with relevant organisational policy, budgets, and industrial awards is crucial to the role.What we can offer you?
