Rostering OfficerPermanent Full Time Home Care (based in Launceston or Hobart) Who we areOneCare is a not-for-profit aged care organization, founded on the principles of compassion, respect and dignity for the individual.

What we needA highly motivated Rostering Officer to join our friendly team!
This position is a permanent full time position.
What will you do?As the Rostering Officer, you will have the opportunity to:
Maintain the Home Care Support Roster across the stateEnsure the roster is filled with appropriate staffEnsure any leave is replaced appropriately to ensure minimal disruption to clientsContact clients with any changes to rostered visitsProvide general reception and administrative dutiesAttend meetingsManage incoming paperwork for relevant staff and clientsData entry and record keepingRespond to phone calls and emails appropriatelyAssist with other duties related to Home Care Rostering as requested by the Manager Home CareWhat you bring to the role Previous experience in rosteringA sound knowledge of computers and Microsoft programsExcellent written and verbal communicationCalm and professional mannerAbility to manage multiple tasksAbility to work under pressureCan-do attitude and flexible approachAbility to work as part of a teamA friendly, outgoing personality and a pleasant phone mannerWhat you get in return Competitive remuneration with access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $18,550 per FBT year.Ongoing professional development opportunities, including access to our scholarship program.Rewarding role working for a highly respected Tasmanian not-for-profit organisation which is a leader in the aged care sector.Access to Employee Assistance Program for you and your family, discounted private health, plus ongoing health and wellbeing activities.On-site parking.Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining why you feel you are suitable for the position through SEEK by 9.00am Monday 28th October 2024.
