CatholicCare Tasmania is the primary social services agency of the Catholic Church across Tasmania.
We have 60 years' experience delivering a wide range of services and support to improve individual, family and community wellbeing.
Our services are available and open to all with a particular focus on families, young people and children.
We have 2 exciting fulltime roles in our CatholicCare Programs of community service delivery.
The Rostering Officers operate in a multi-skilled team environment and have particular responsibilities for preparing and maintaining our rosters across a number of programs.
These roles are responsible for ensuring shift coverage at short notice together with advance planning.
Maintaining compliance with relevant organisational policy, budgets and industrial awards is crucial to the role.

Collate and complete fortnightly rosters ensuring they are received by Payroll within appropriate deadlines Analyse and report on schedule variances, shortfalls, overtime, absences and other key performance indicators as established by management Schedule resources to cover planned and unplanned changes in staff availability due to leave and vacancies Support new employees through their orientation process   What can you bring to us?
Demonstrated experience in a roster management, human resources co-ordination or payroll-related position Ability to self-prioritise and ensure completion of tasks within appropriate timeframes Ability to provide accurate, clear and concise instruction both verbally and in written form Demonstrated capability to use rostering management software and to become proficient rapidly in relevant organisational policy and award interpretation Current Working with Vulnerable People registration Ability to complete a National Police check satifactory to CatholicCare's requiements  Enquiries: If you would like to know about this exciting career opportunity, please contact Daniel Lane – 0404 038 318 Ready to apply?
