Rostering Officer | BlueCare | Kingaroy Aged Care Facility

An integral part of our big-hearted BlueCare team, as a Rostering Officer you'll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.
Your part in our BlueCare team
As a Rostering Officer , our main coordinator of base rosters, shift replacements and payroll processes for our residential services, you will be responsible for the following:
Managing base rosters within our Payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing, long- and short-term rosters Reallocating shifts, managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptions Communicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacements Ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off Coordinating, managing and resolving enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success. Previous experience with a service coordination, scheduling or rostering role Intermediate to advanced computer skills Experience within payroll administration Experience using Kronos Payroll system will be of particular advantage BlueCare is proudly part of the UnitingCare Family, we'd love you to be too
