Location: Surrey Hills, VIC About the role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Rostering Coordinator to join our team at Able Australia. This is a 6-month fixed term position based at our Surrey Hills, Melbourne office.
Responsibilities Include: Co-ordinate accurate and up-to-date rosters for both clients and employees across Able Australia's servicesStakeholder Engagement: Act as a first point of contact for all client and staff scheduling enquiries, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all stakeholdersAbout You The successful applicant will be expected to attend our office in Surrey Hills to undertake training. Required skills and experience: Experience rostering in a disability/ NDIS setting, or other relevant sectorKnowledge of financial packaging and rostering in line with budget limitationsDemonstrated experience with successful conflict resolution over the phoneThe ability to work effectively as part of a team with good communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build strong positive relationships with stakeholders in person, via emails, and over the phone.Ability to manage your time to ensure the completion of tasks in an efficient manner, including a strong ability to multitaskA genuine and passionate commitment to the rights of people with a disability to enjoy fulfilled lives and valued roles within the communityFlexibility to accommodate peaks in workflowsAvailable to work across a rotating 7am to 7pm roster which may include weekends, and participate in an oncall rosterAbout Able Australia Able Australia is a leading provider of disability services across Tasmania, Victoria, the ACT and Queensland.
