Title: Rostering Coordinator

Salary: $70,000 p.a. plus super and NFP Salary packaging (dependent on experience)
Location: Hobart, TAS About the role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Rostering Coordinator to join our team at Able Australia. This is a 6 month fixed term position based at our Hobart office.
Responsibilities Include: Co-ordinate accurate and up-to-date rosters for both clients and employees across Able Australia's services Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a first point of contact for all client and staff scheduling enquiries, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all stakeholders About You The successful applicant will be expected to attend our office to undertake training. Required skills and experience: Experience rostering in a disability/ NDIS setting, or other relevant sector Knowledge of financial packaging and rostering in line with budget limitations Demonstrated experience with successful conflict resolution over the phone The ability to work effectively as part of a team with good communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong positive relationships with stakeholders in person, via emails, and over the phone. Ability to manage your time to ensure the completion of tasks in an efficient manner, including a strong ability to multitask A genuine and passionate commitment to the rights of people with a disability to enjoy fulfilled lives and valued roles within the community Flexibility to accommodate peaks in workflows Available to work across a rotating 7am to 7pm roster which may include weekends, and participate in an oncall roster About Able Australia Able Australia is a leading provider of disability services across Tasmania, Victoria, the ACT and Queensland.
