About the opportunity We are currently looking for an organised, engaging, and proactive individual to join our Rostering team on a full-time basis and help contribute to a positive client experience across our in-home aged care services.
The Roster Coordinator is responsible for facilitating seamless service delivery by efficiently managing the roster of services and resource allocation to provide essential support which meets the needs of our clients; while effectively applying principles from Modern Awards, company policies, and KPIs. Please note, this role is also required to perform on-call activities to ensure out-of-hours coverage (mornings, evenings, and weekends as per roster).

About you: Ideally worked in a similar roster/schedule coordinator position previously; Care deeply on a professional level about high quality and client-directed care, demonstrating compassion and empathy; Demonstrate high-quality problem-solving, negotiation, and communication (written and verbal) skills; Be a positive and collaborative team player, who is able to influence and engage with stakeholders effectively; Efficient and well-organised ways of working, with the ability to multi-task and balance a mix of proactive and reactive tasks; Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team; Proven digital competency, including the use of digital systems to record client notes and manage appointments, as well as Microsoft/Google/Mac applications.
