About the roleWe are looking for a Skilled Rostering / Administration Coordinator for Disability Services to manage the rostering of services for our direct care clients to meet their requirements and manage the allocation of the support worker team.
To be successful in this role you will have outstanding rostering skills enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be solutions focused.
About youTo be successful in this role you will be experienced in the rostering / administration of direct care services to meet the client preferences and support the Program Coordinators to meet the staffing needs of their programs to cover planned and unplanned leave.
You will be an excellent communicator dealing with a diverse range of clients and staff.
You will be able to 'think on your feet' to resolve issues as they arise.
Your attention to detail will be excellent, your instructions to client and staff need to be spot on to avoid any confusion.
Tertiary qualifications in Disability or related discipline desired but not essentialExperience in rostering environment with both clients and staffExcellent problem-solving skills,Outstanding ability to support a high performing team.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to build strong internal and external relationships.Excellent ability to respond and resolve issues/concerns for clients, families or their representatives.Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to priorities competing demands.A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children's CheckCurrent Victorian Drivers Licence If you have the skills and experience required for this role, we would love to hear from you Apply NOW.
