We Are Key Assets Australia

Key Assets is a leading not-for-profit, children, family and community services agency, founded in Australia in 2007. We provide foster carer, family services and disability services. Operating across all states and Norfolk Island, our purpose is to achieve positive and lasting outcomes for children, families, and communities. To achieve that, we need people like you! We pride ourselves on being inclusive and embrace and celebrate the diversity of all people within our communities. Our diversity helps us provide the best support possible to carers, families, children and young people and all of our external stakeholders. A little about the role

We are seeking an experienced rostering coordinator with advanced administration experience to collaborate with Managers, ensuring efficient and effective use of staffing resources together with undertaking general day-to-day administration tasks. You will ensure rosters are consistently staffed to a high level to provide reliable and safe service delivery. You will be responsible for administration tasks across the Kununurra region in collaboration with the Kununurra Team covering various programs.

The base salary for this position is $72,832.50 + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum. This position is a permanent, full-time role. About you

You will love an environment where no two days are the same; your ability to pivot from one task to another is paramount – but to have fun along the way with the great team in Kununurra. You will bring demonstrated knowledge of the SCHAD's Award, ensuring that the Award conditions are met in the design of the rosters. You will have the ability to contribute to a cohesive team environment by sharing information, support and assisting colleagues in a proactive manner to meet goals and deadlines. You will be the face of Key Assets in Kununurra holding responsibility for, but not limited to, reception, visitors, mail, office supplies, deliveries and general office administration.
