About the RoleAs part of the Service Delivery team, you will form part of one of the most important teams in our organisation. At its core, this dynamic and fast-paced teamwork in a call-centre style environment to ensure the work you do positively impacts the lives of our clients and allows them to live as independently as possible.
This exciting new hybrid role at HenderCare offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities, where you'll divide your time between coordinating and scheduling client support services, ensuring the perfect match between clients and field workers, and managing key NDIS administrative tasks.
Overall, you can expect to: Facilitate a rapid response to fill the immediate scheduling of workers for rosters, according to client agreements and care plans, and communicate amendments with relevant clients and field workers.Maintain, in an immediate capacity, client rosters in HenderCare's rostering system and amend as necessary.Identify and apply effective, efficient, and cost-neutral rostering practices in line with the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Award (Award).Assist with client intake processes, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate documentation for NDIS services ensuring all service agreements are most up-to-date and signed.Respond to all relevant enquiries, including scheduling queries and gaps in a timely manner, usually in real-time, and be a first point-of-contact for field workers in an after-hours capacity.Proactively ensure that rosters are operating effectively and that variations do not negatively impact other areas.About YouWe are looking for engaging, energetic, and passionate people who are experienced working in a fast-paced customer-focused position with a commitment to the delivery of efficient and high-quality services. The ability to show initiative and be confident in your own skills and abilities, including being able to prioritise your workload and work with tight deadlines with relative autonomy, will allow you to thrive in what can be a challenging environment.
You will also bring: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and relevant stakeholders.Dedication to being a team player in a proactive and supportive workplace culture.Experience within the community care sector, rostering/call-centre environment will be advantageous.Demonstrated working knowledge of complex electronic rostering/scheduling systems will also be advantageous.Only applicants with the right to work in Australia will be considered.
