Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development)We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Rostering Coordinator to join our team.You will support all divisions across the business to undertake effective rostering to backfill vacant shifts as well as overseeing the Wallara Locum (casual) Pool & Rover team in conjunction with the other Rostering Coordinator. To be successful in this role you will need to be organised, proactive, have exceptional interpersonal skills and have a resourceful approach!You will be working 76 hours per fortnight as per the below roster:Week 1:Tuesday - Thursday 8:30am – 6:00pm with 30 mins unpaid lunch breakFriday 6:00am – 3:30pm with 30 mins unpaid lunch breakSaturday 6:30am -7:00am & 3:30pm - 4:00pm + 1 hour for adminWeek 2:Tuesday – Friday 6:00am – 3:30pm with 30 mins unpaid lunch breakSaturday 6:30am -7:00am & 3:30pm - 4:00pm + 1 hour for adminWhat you'll need to succeedMinimum two years rostering experience, preferably in the disability field or healthcare sectorDisability experience (preferred)Coaching and mentoring experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to prevent and resolve issues and to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholdersStrong administration, written communication skills and computer literacyDetail focused approach - make sure the t's are crossed and i's dotted!Resourceful and innovative approachExcellent time management skills and the ability to think laterallyAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyCommitment to exceptional service delivery and a demonstrated professional approach to workCommitment to the principles of WHS, EEO, Cultural Diversity and all relevant legislation.Must havesRight to work in AustraliaNDIS Worker Screening Check - We are working with vulnerable people and this check is required to ensure we are employing people that do not present a risk to participantsFull Victorian Driver Licence.About WallaraWallara Australia is a unique non-profit organization based in Melbourne's South East.
