Due to our business growth, we have a vacancy in our Bundall based office for a Rostering and Scheduling Officer to join our Service Delivery team!

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Service Delivery Rostering and Scheduling Officer, you will form part of one of the most important teams in our organisation.
At its core, this dynamic and fast-paced teamwork styled environment will ensure the work you do positively impacts the lives of our clients and allows them to live as independently as possible.
Overall, you can expect to: Schedule support services for our Community Aged Care, NDIS, and Private clientsRostering our field team members to meet service delivery requirementsEnsure staff are rostered in accordance with their conditions of employment & the SCHADS AwardRead and interpret Support PlansSound administrative and computer skillsOn call After Hours Roster CoverageRight at Home provides support services 24/7.
ABOUT YOU We are looking for an engaging, energetic, and passionate person who shows a strong commitment to the overall growth of the organisation.
Attention to detail, maintaining accuracy, and having the capacity to absorb and apply new information and processes will allow you to succeed in this role.
