POSITION DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this position is to provide coordination support to the Operations team of St Nicholas, including the Resource and Planning Manager and Area Service Managers.
Assist Directors and Nominated Supervisors to source and replace educators with appropriate qualifications to ensure services are meeting staffing requirements at all times.
The incumbent commits to working within Work Health and Safety guidelines and Code of Conduct at all times whilst in the employ of the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle.


EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA

Experience with rostering large volumes of ratio driven operational requirements across multiple sites
Fortnightly review of rostering systems to ensure time sheets for over 700 employees and payroll are accurate and ready for processing to agreed timelines
Demonstrated capacity to organise, prioritise and manage several tasks at one time in order to meet various deadlines
Demonstrated knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook with the ability to learn other applications such as Xplor and QIKKIDS
High level communications skills across a diverse range of stakeholders and the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues as required
Demonstrated ability to work within a team performing at a high level

QUALIFICATIONS

Completion of a First Aid Certificate or willingness to acquire
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current Class C Driver's Licence
National Criminal History check clearance (Desirable)
Qualification in Children's Services and/or business-related qualification (Desirable)
