Our services span from initial planning and investment, through start-up and operations.Project Overview:Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.Job Summary:The Roster and Travel Coordinator role will be based in Karratha on the Pluto Train 2 Project site, either on a Local Roster - Monday to Friday (50 Hours per week) or FIFO Roster – 21/7 (68 Hours per week).This position supports the effective scheduling and booking of flights and accommodation of the project workforce, detailed delivery of the timely planning, booking, and issuing of flight itineraries and processing of accommodation requests.The role reports to the Lead Travel and Accommodation Coordinator, and day to day operational contact with Recruitment and Mobilisation teams, supported by the wider onsite Workforce Service Team.Major Responsibilities:Organise and arrange ongoing end to end travel including booking of charter and/or commercial flights, buses, and RDV accommodationEnsure all personnel receive their travel itinerary outlining their flights, accommodation, bus information in a timely manner and ahead of their intended travel dateRescheduling due to cancellations/flight delaysInput and maintain Accommodation booking System - TROBEXISResponding to any questions/queries from Bechtel and Contractor personnel in relation to travel and accommodationSupport and Coordinate employees' initial mobilisation and accommodation request with the recruitment and mobilisation teamPrepare accommodation and utilisation reportsPrepare daily manifestsOther tasks as designated.Education and Experience Requirements:Prior experience in a similar role using travel and logistics software such as TROBEXIS, SAMS, Workflow, INX is highly desirable.Required Knowledge and Skills:Strong analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Sound communication both written and verbal.Provision of a service function in high pressure project environment.Excellent organisation and time management skills.Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.Additional Information:This position has responsibilities that include exposure to changing environmental, construction, and operational conditions, which may include: extensive walking in and around an active construction and/or operations site, climbing ladders, working at heights from work platforms including scaffolding, and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), use of personal fall arrest equipment, walking and working on uneven surfaces, working in constricted and/or confined spaces, variable work shifts (e.g., day, night, weekends, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, etc.
), and work in inclement weather.
Some lifting may be required.
Candidate must be able to use standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e.
respirator, harness, life vest, hearing protection, etc.
).This position is available to both local and non-local personnel.
