Rostering in a nutshell.You might be our new Roster Support Partner if you have a thing for seeing patterns that other people don't. Rostering is about taking little pieces of information and stitching it together to find a solution for a vacant shift.So you learn about the staff. You learn about the services. And you learn about the clients we provide supports to. You mix it up in your brain, find an option, and celebrate another successful filled shift!We do warn you this is extreme problem solving. The job is fast paced and there's days when it can be full on. You can go from celebrating a win to facing a pile of vacant shifts caused by the latest bout of the winter flu.Thank goodness we've got a great team to work with. Rostering sits within the HR Operations team, so we're also well supported by our broader team.If you're customer focused and committed to creating the best experience you can for our clients, services and teams we would absolutely love to hear from you.What Sunnyfield can offer you    This role is full-time, however we have a range of shift options available, and we love a spot of work from home so we can talk flexibility. We also love a bit of work from home. There's nothing like stretchy fabric and warm blanket across your lap in winter.
