Expressions of interest are sought to cover temporary vacancies available for immediate start as Roster Support Officers (IWFM) at Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS). We're currently seeking dedicated Roster Support Officers to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of Gold Coast Health and Hospital Service.
Responsibilities:
Roster Management : Collaborate with Team Leaders and senior management to build, maintain, and ensure compliance of rosters. Resource Allocation : Assist in the allocation of resources for optimal staffing levels. Establishment Management : Provide essential support services, including leave verification and technical system support. Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve rostering and payroll issues promptly to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Stakeholder Engagement : Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders for effective communication and collaboration. Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in rostering and payroll services is highly desirable.Technical Proficiency: Knowledge or experience in SAP HR and IT skills are highly desirable.Bonus Points: Familiarity with IWFM is a plus.
