About us: The Workforce Division Unit comprises approximately 40 human resource practitioners who provide a high quality, client focused and value adding human resource service to management and staff throughout the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.Rockhampton: Rockhampton RegionAbout the role: The Roster Support Coordinator leads the Rostering Support Office in providing dedicated rostering and workforce management support services to users of the Workforce Management (WFM) system across both Central Queensland and Central West Hospital and Health Services.Supervisory responsibility for the day-to-day line management of the Roster Support Office including workload monitoring, performance, and attendance management.Liaise regularly with key multidisciplinary stakeholders regarding their responsibilities in relation to data quality and integrity, new developments, and system enhancements and to identify opportunities for service delivery improvements.About you:Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: While not mandatory, the following would be considered highly desirable:Knowledge and experience with Workbrain and/or myHR.Rostering and/or payroll processing experience in a large complex service delivery environment.Knowledge of or demonstrated ability to acquire knowledge of Human Resource Information systems that directly relate to rostering and managing time and attendance.Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a relationship-based culture within a Health Service environment and engaging with stakeholders across a range of levels and disciplines.What we offer:Salary information: Total remuneration value of up to $131,052 p.a.
