You will liaise with staff and managers in a communication style relevant to the event, this will be through face-to-face, phone, text message and email.The benefits | Recognising your valueHourly rate – $27.66- $34.89 - based on experience + superCareer break schemes, additional purchased leave and moreCommitment to ongoing professional and career developmentSubsidised access to your local gym and 200+ more across the country with a Fitness Passport24/7 access to mental, physical, social and financial support via the LifeWorks appThe requirements | What it takes to do this workThe availability to work within the hours of 5.30am to 2:00pm Monday-Friday onsite, or WFH when there is an operational need to do soHigh level of knowledge and experience working in a rostering or scheduling role within a complex, fast-paced and multidisciplinary 24/7 industry.Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detailA sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreement interpretation and fatigue management principlesExtensive knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process and Time Capture systems including experience undertaking system administration functions to keep the Rostering system up to dateDemonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with staff and managers to coordinate shiftsWhat our people love about working here:A focus on purpose over profit: As a not-for-profit organisation, our leaders and board care deeply about the vision.
