Roster Coordinator - At Home Aged Care Benefit from excellent salary packaging.Bring your fast-paced rostering skills to our growing organisation!Fantastic FT opportunity at our new Mulgrave site.About the role As a Rostering Coordinator at VMCH, you will play a key part in managing and optimising our client service delivery. Your key responsibilities include:
Creating and maintaining effective rostersCoordinating support worker schedulesHandling unallocated shifts in a fast-paced environmentEnsuring timely communication with support workersHandling administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining enquiry registersAssisting support workers with client queriesManaging customer service requestsAdhering to risk management and quality standardsYour role is crucial in facilitating smooth transitions, enhancing client care, and contributing to continuous improvement.
About you What you will bring to the role:
Strong experience with rostering software applicationsPrevious experience in the Aged and Community CareProven ability to efficiently manage client schedulesHigh-level interpersonal skills and effective communication with individuals from diverse backgroundsCommitment to exceptional customer service, along with excellent verbal and written communication skillsWell-developed organisational skills, with a strong capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environmentCurrent Police check requiredAbout us Here at VMCH, our services are as diverse as the people we support.
