About the role As a Rostering Coordinator at VMCH, you will play a key part in managing and optimising our client service delivery. Your key responsibilities include creating and maintaining effective rosters, coordinating support worker schedules, and handling unallocated shifts in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure timely communication with support workers and handle administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining enquiry registers. Additionally, you will assist support workers with client queries, manage customer service requests, and adhere to risk management and quality standards. Your role is crucial in facilitating smooth transitions, enhancing client care, and contributing to continuous improvement.
About you What you will bring to the role:
Strong experience with rostering software applications Previous experience in the Aged and Community Care Proven ability to efficiently manage client schedules High-level of interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds Commitment to exceptional customer service is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills Well-developed organisational skills, with a strong capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, as is the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment Current Police check required About us Here at VMCH, our services are as diverse as the people we support.
