As a Roster Coordinator, you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Services Carina.
Located just 7 km east of the CBD at Carina, and set in a homely, community-oriented and friendly environment surrounded by landscaped gardens , St Vincent's Care Services Carina will deliver outstanding levels of wellbeing and comfort for our residents and a positive uplifting work/life balance for our staff.

Things that work for us: Relevant experience in a similar role proactively managing the administrative requirements associated with the scheduling of staff within a residential facility ensuring prompt and accurate services including processing and database management
Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos and Workday desirable), Client Management and Care Management systems
Understanding interrelationship between Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Accreditation Standards and provision of services by St Vincent's Care Services
Certificate/Diploma Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling desirable
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19 NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
