About the role We are looking for a skilled Roster Coordinator / Administration for our Disability Servies Rostering Team to coordinate the rostering of services for our SDA's and Disability Direct Care clients.
To be successful in this role, you will have outstanding rostering skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be solutions focused.
About you You will be an excellent communicator dealing with a diverse range of clients and staff.
You will be able to 'think on your feet' to resolve issues as they arise, and you will have a strong attention to detail.
Tertiary qualifications in Disability or related discipline desired but not essential Excellent problem-solving skills, Outstanding ability to support a high performing team.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to build strong internal and external relationships.
Excellent ability to respond and resolve issues/concerns for clients, families or their representatives.
Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
