The Roster Administrator delivers accurate, timely and person-centered support services through the scheduling of 1:1 Support staff and resources that meet participant needs and requests.
Main responsibilities of the role include:  Prepare, allocate and distribute electronic rosters  Communicate with staff and participants regarding any scheduling issues  Actively contribute to the smooth and effective provision of services to participants  About You In your application, let us know if you have these key skills and experience:  Demonstrated experience and understanding of rostering and scheduling practices?  Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and apply Award, NES Employment   Standards and Legislative requirements?  Highly developed engagement and communication skills, including negotiation and advocacy skills?  Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision?  High level of computer literacy?  Working knowledge of Sandwai or other rostering/customer management systems (optional)  Knowledge of deaf community, culture and language  Conversational Auslan skills or willingness to learn Download Position Description
