We are seeking a motivated and dedicated school leaver to join our team as an entry level Business Administration Trainee.This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a career in administration and to support the daily operational needs of a large transport and logistics company. As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and gain valuable experience in administration tasks.
Primary roles and responsibilities:
Document processing including; Scanning, filing and photocopying as requiredData entry and record keepingMaintaining databases and spreadsheetsAdditional project work and tasks as requiredAssisting other staff members when neededTo be successful, you will need to demonstrate:
Willingness to commit to a 24 month traineeship and have a positive and proactive approachHave an eagerness to learn new skills and willingness to take initiativeHave clear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work as part of a team and / or unsupervisedHave strong keyboard and computer skills including Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeDrivers licence not required, but preferredWhat we offer:
