About the Role :
We are seeking a passionate Program Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery across our Community Engagement Division. This role supports the sustainability of funded programs, including NDIS and Aged care.
As a Program Manager, you will maintain expertise across funded programs, providing expert advice and mentoring to staff. You will engage in strategic service delivery planning, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. Additionally, you will manage program budgets, monitor income and expenditure, and build positive relationships with stakeholders. Your role will also involve developing data collection strategies and supporting grant acquittal.
Requirements :
Proven experience in program management, particularly within community services. Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Project Management, Business Administration, Frontline Leadership or relevant experience. High level of skill and in-depth understanding of funded programs, funding bodies, and government policies that impact funded program design and development. Excellent strategic planning and budgeting skills. Ability to mentor and support staff effectively. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in compliance and reporting for funded programs. Willingness to travel and provide on-the-ground support. How to Apply :
