As a Rope Access Technician, you will be challenged with diverse work in beachside and regional locations.Opportunities for permanent roles, with company vehicle, for the right person.Not abseil access qualified but want to enter the industry? still applyWhat you'll be doingPerforming rope access work, including a wide variety of work from window cleaning to building repair and maintenanceInspection, installation, and maintenance of height safety and access equipmentTroubleshooting and resolving issues with height safety and access equipmentProviding training and guidance to other team members on proper rope access techniques and safety protocolsMaintaining detailed records and documentation related to all work performedCollaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver tailored solutionsWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Rope Access Technician, with a valid IRATA or SPRAT certificationStrong technical skills and knowledge of height safety and access equipment, including installation and maintenanceExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve issues efficientlyCommitment to safety and a thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team membersWillingness to work at heights in challenging environments and adhere to strict safety protocolsWhat we offerAt MNC Height Safety and Access, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
