About The Role We are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters with IRATA qualifications (Level 1-3) . The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering maintenance and project support to our Rio Tinto - Yarwun site in the Gladstone region. There are permanent and casual positions available with some overtime opportunities. There are various rosters on offer including night shift and weekend work. What you will bring Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter) IRATA Certification - Level 1-3  High Risk Work Licence (Preference for WP, DG, LF) Working at Heights Training (within 2 years) Confined Space Entry Training (within 2 years) First Aid certificate with current CPR (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid Australian Driver's Licence Proof of right to work in Australia Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, and we live by our promise:  The safe way is the only way .
