Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking FIFO Rope Access Leading Hands and Supervisors to join our Vertical Services division. This role is an integral part of our Shutdown Leadership personnel who are responsible for undertaking planned rope access activities in maintenance, shutdown and project work on fixed plant mining equipment, in accordance with scope requirements.THE ROLEAs a Rope Access Leading Hand or Supervisor you will be responsible for: Overseeing rope access works to ensure all are completed to the client and company specificationsLeading a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key deliverablesLiaising with Linkforce clients and site-based personnelPlanning and scheduling work and labour requirementsMonitoring progress against the work scheduleRecording and monitoring team members performance, provide mentorship, and address issues where necessaryIncident investigation and reportingSupervise and conduct visual inspections of work to ensure it meets required standards and client specifications (QA/QC).Ensuring adherence to all statutory requirements and company HSEQ standards and proceduresABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in Rope Access as Leading Hand or SupervisorMinimum 2 years IRATA Level 2 experience with 500hrs logged as a level 2Section 44 or Schedule 26A strong commitment to health and safetyThe ability to communicate effectively across all facets of the business verbally and in writingA current Australian Drivers LicenceA National Police CheckIN RETURNYou will benefit from: Competitive remuneration with a fortnightly pay cycleJoin our growing Vertical Services division with interesting and diverse workloadStrong organisational culture whose core values, People, Unity, Agility, Determination and Deliver, have been a key to our continual growth and successOpportunity to work on a variety of projects throughout the Pilbara and GoldfieldsRegular reliable work with camp accommodation with modern amenities.NEXT STEPClick on 'Apply Now'#J-18808-Ljbffr
