Thrive, Warragul is our brand new, purpose built centre with onsite parking. Operating Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm, the centre caters for up to 116 children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age.
The team supports children's growth and development through child led experience, providing nurturing and caring environments where children feel a sense of belonging.
The centre has five spacious rooms along with a beautiful outdoor play space that allows for imaginations to run wild.
About The Roles The team is looking for an experienced Room Leader to lead a team of educators in either the Nursery or Preschool 2 room.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building both a team and a service from the ground up.
You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged! Your main responsibilities will be to: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues. Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team. Maintain effective communication with parents/carers. Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation. Successful candidates will have: A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or teaching qualification. A current Employee Working With Children's Check. Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS).
