Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Engaging with children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development.

• Motivating and supporting a team of educators to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation.

• Building and maintaining a team-oriented approach by being open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflective upon best practice.

• Bringing a friendly, mature and professional approach to everything you do.

• Ensuring the centre provides a safe and welcoming space that children, educators and parents want to be in.

• Lead child-led, project-based learning experiences inspired by Reggio Emilia practices.

• Maintain a high focus on child safeguarding and wellbeing practices.

What We're Looking For:
• Experienced Leader: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with a proven ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.

• Qualifications: Diploma in ECE (or equivalent) or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teacher, along with all relevant certifications for child safety.

• Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships, handle challenges, and create a culture of trust and support.
An ability to develop strong relationships with children and families
• Passionate and Proactive: Ready to excel under pressure, embrace challenges, and bring a positive, can-do attitude.

• Working Rights: Full work rights in Australia
