Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters the holistic development of each child, creating a foundation for a lifetime of learning.
Lead by example, inspiring and guiding a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education.

Introduce new and creative teaching methodologies, keeping the learning environment fresh, engaging, and in line with best practices.
Be the voice for the children in our care, ensuring their needs and interests are at the forefront of every decision and activity.
You:
Working towards or hold a minimum of a Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
Valid WWCC/Blue Card.
Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain).
Working knowledge of Child Safe Standards.
Genuine motivation & passion for the Early Childhood sector.
Knowledge of EYLF, and the NQF.
