About the Room Leader Role As a Room Leader, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
You will:
Lead by Example : Set the standard in providing high-quality care and education, fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Design Engaging Learning Experiences : Develop and implement age-appropriate, creative, and inclusive activities that inspire children's curiosity and growth.
Maintain a Safe and Inclusive Space : Support children's physical and emotional wellbeing, ensuring a space that celebrates diversity and makes everyone feel included.
Collaborate and Mentor : Work closely with team members, sharing knowledge and guidance to foster a strong, supportive team culture.
To Apply for This Role, You Will Need: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards it) or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.
Demonstrated experience working with children in an early education setting.
Leadership qualities with a passion for inspiring young minds and nurturing their growth.
A current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification.
A commitment to ongoing learning, development, and inclusivity in the workplace.
