We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate educator in the position of Room Leader to run our Little Learners Program (2-3 Year Old) at our Caulfield South campus. This is a full-time fixed term (Maternity-Leave) replacement position working 48 weeks of the year with four weeks annual leave, commencing on 6 January 2025 and ending on 23 December 2025. Applicants must have, as a minimum, a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (formerly a Diploma in Children Services) or above and have experience working as a Room Leader in an Early Learning environment.

Provides opportunities for learners to inquire, explore, question and construct meaning for themselves and with one another indoors and outdoors. Values children's strengths and differences and communicates high expectations to every child. Has excellent communication skills and builds warm and trusting relationships with parents and children.
