We are looking for a Room Leader to join the team at our Manor Lakes Centre! About the Centre Located on Limewood Street, our service is located close to Wyndham Vale station and just minutes from Manor Lakes Central Shopping centre and local schools. Aspire Manor Lakes has 7 spacious rooms to support children through their entire learning journey from 6 weeks to 6 years old. Our service is a state-of-the-art facility with beautiful indoor and outdoor environments for children to learn and grow in.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities Working closely with a team of educators and the Centre Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues and the community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovative early learning program, which will be reflective of current early years thinking and practices. As a Room Leader, you will be contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Aspire guidelines.
