Your exciting new 'Room leader' role: We cant wait to support the success of our next super star room leader!
In 2025, You will take on the role of 3-5 (Preschool) Room Leader.
Currently there are between 15 – 20 children daily and another full-time educator.
Annual reviews will take place with the Director to assign rooms and future opportunities.
As room leader, you will receive sector leading mentoring from our inhouse team as well as resources from the OAC Education and Pedagogy leaders whilst sharing your strengths with your team.

We have all the tools to help you succeed including technology ie StoryPark, Xplore, Playground, iPads laptops not to mention our fantastic OAC grow curriculum developed by experts in the ECE sector.
