The Role In this role, you must show a connection with and willingness to advocate for children and Insight Early Learning's philosophy WISDOM, INNOVATION, SUSTAINABILITY, and EQUITY.

You will be responsible for implementing an approved learning framework and supporting the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of young children.
This involves creating a safe, inclusive environment that supports diversity and encourages children to develop self-confidence and self-esteem.
A regular day in this role will involve: Being responsible for management of the day-to-day operation of the assigned room. In collaboration with the Education Leader, assisting with the development, implementation and reflection of the educational program to provide a high-quality program for all children and families. Supporting children's learning through interaction, investigation and projects. Monitoring children's health, nutrition and hygiene while providing emotional support and guidance. Working closely with the team to observe and document children's developmental progress against learning outcomes and establishing further learning goals. Building and maintaining positive and strong relations with the team to create a safe, supportive, stimulating and educational environment for all children and families. Ensuring a safe environment is maintained for staff and children. Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times. Working in line with Insight's philosophy, policies and procedures. Any ad hoc duties as required.
