The team in Blakehurst have ongoing support from their Area Manager, Centre Leader, Assistant Centre Leader and Educational Leader.
The centre is close to public transport and offers free secured onsite parking.
About The Role Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for an educator with a completed Diploma qualification to join the team in a full time capacity as Room Leader.
We are looking for a professional with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and educators.
You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!
Your main responsibilities will be to : Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues. Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team. Maintain effective communication with parents / carers. Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
