CrewSELECT is seeking a skilled Roofing Supervisor/Leading Handto join a reputable and thriving roofing business.
As a key member of the team, you will play an integral role in delivering large residential construction projects across the Perth metro area.
Location:Office based in Osborne Park and projects are across the Perth Metro Area.
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: $60 p/h + Super + Vehicle/Fuel
Key Responsibilities: Supervising and coordinating the roof plumbing teams across multiple jobs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Provide job specific instructions to personnel on daily basis and monitor progress of works.Maintain quality standards through inspections of roofing and plumbing work.Manage call ups, conduct site visits and roof measures.Liaising with clients and suppliers.Place orders for materials and coordinate deliveries.Interpreting and marking up plans.Manage all OHS requirements such as JSA's, site safety inductions, project OHS documentation.Ensure that all personnel are properly trained on the use of appropriate equipment.What We Offer: $60 p/h+ Super + Vehicle/Fuel.Immediate commencement.Supportive team culture with a focus on communication and morale.Opportunity to work on large-scale residential projects.Average site team is a crew of 5.Key Skills Required: Extensive knowledge and proven industry experiencein all aspects of Roof Plumbing, Roof Sheeting and Flashings.Team player and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Ability to problem solve, think outside the box and get the job done.Ability to communicate at all levels, including staff, customers, suppliers, builders and other supervisors.Broad knowledge of OHS Practices and have an understanding of Safe Work Practices in the Roof Plumbing industry.High level of competency with computer skills including use in Outlook, Word and Excel.Requirements: Drivers licenceRoof Plumbing Certificate (preferred)Working at heights or willing to obtain prior to commencement.How to Apply:
