Roofing Supervisor Assessor - Insurance Repairs $100 – $110k + super + fully maintained vehicle A well-established roofing restoration builder have an opportunity for an Insurance Assessor Supervisor to join their Perth division.ABOUT THE COMPANYThis roofing restoration company work across multiple states and have a strong presence nationally, with an experienced on-the-road and office based support team.They are the specialised roofing division of a large nationally operating insurance builder. Projects include cat event and disaster response roofing repairs + general insurable BAU projects.They are looking for a reliable, consistent and self motivated individual, committed to being a valuable part of the team.ABOUT THE ROLEThis position is Perth Metro will be Assessing and Supervising for insurance repair roofing projects. This involves roof assessments and make safes (including tarping), roof reports, and supervision of the repairs including budgeting and time management + organising of materials ordering and trades will have flexibility to work on the road and from home. This role is highly autonomous.There may be at times be some requirement to travel to rural or interstate areas in the event of an emergency or event, however you will predominantly be operating within the Perth Metro region.Fully maintained vehicle flexibility for administrative aspects of the role.Administration support, supportive management team and upbeat team culture.This is a permanent, full-time position.Local Perth office.Salary $100,000 - $110,000 + super + vehicle (dependant on experience).ABOUT YOUExposure to the insurance roofing restoration industry as a Supervisor and Assessor.Trade certificate, Cert III Roofing, Cert IV Building & Construction, or other tertiary qualification highly advantageous.Physical ability to conduct roof assessments that require use of ability to manage and motivate trades.Well presented, and ability to empathise with home owners going through a difficult period.Comfortable using a tablet/computer.Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to write clear roofing assessment reports.Interested to grow with a company this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
